Radja Nainggolan, born 4 May 1988 in Antwerp, Belgium. Looking at his name, we know that he has Indonesian blood, because Nainggolan is a Batak family name. Unfortunately, he chose to be Belgian instead of Indonesian. Well to be honest who won't?especially when you can play in Belgian national team.
He plays in Cagliari now and from 16 games in serie A this season, he has started 15 and came on as substitute once. Until now, he has scored one goal, it was against Bologna where Cagliari won 2-0.
His international debut (U-21) was at 29 May 2009 agains Chile in Kirin Cup, where he came on as sub on 73rd minute.
He still is an average player in Serie A, but I think he has the talent and with good training, he might become a regular player in Beligan national team, Along with Kompany, Vermaelen, Verthongen, Fellaini and Lukaku.
I hope to see Radja to become a better player in the future and bring Indonesian name to international stage.
There is 1 bad thing about him.. He didn't choose to be an Indonesian. He will be a star in Indonesian national team.
